1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee of 30–50% is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

2. Minimum Spend

A minimum spend applies to all events and will be clearly stated in your quotation or invoice.

Minimum spend covers design time, preparation, setup, and use of hire items.
​
3. Cancellations & Date Changes
-
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
-
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event require full payment of the invoice.
-
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
​
4. Changes to Orders
-
Any changes to the agreed décor, quantities, or colour schemes must be requested at least 10 days before the event.

Late changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

5. Setup, Collection & Venue Access
-
The client is responsible for ensuring venue access at the agreed setup and collection times.
-
Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
-
Some items may be collected the same day or the following day, depending on the agreement.

6. Damage, Loss & Hire Items
-
All hire items remain the property of the stylist at all times.
-
A refundable damage deposit may be required for hire items.
-
The client is responsible for any loss, damage, stains, wax, burns, or breakages during the hire period.

Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately.

7. Balloons & Environmental Factors

Balloons are affected by temperature, humidity, sunlight, and handling.
-
Once installed, no responsibility can be accepted for balloon popping, deflation, or movement due to environmental conditions.

8. Health & Safety
-
Décor items must not be moved or altered once installed.
-
Children must be supervised at all times around décor installations.
-
The stylist accepts no liability for injury caused by misuse of décor items.
​
9. Photography & Marketing
-
The stylist reserves the right to photograph and record décor setups for portfolio, website, and social media use.

Please advise in writing prior to the event if you do not wish images to be used.
​
10. Late Payments
-
Late payments may result in setup delays or cancellation of services.
-
Late payment fees may apply where applicable.
​
11. VAT
-
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
​
12. Acceptance of Terms
-
Payment of the booking fee confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
