How do I book The Cedars Events?

Contact us through our website, Facebook, email or WhatsApp with your event details. Once your design, quotation and availability have been confirmed, your date will be secured when the required booking deposit has been received.

What information do you need to provide a quotation?

Please send us your event date, venue or postcode, occasion, preferred colours, approximate budget and the type of display you are considering. You can request a bespoke quotation on our website, or you can contact us directly via WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.

How far in advance should I book balloon decorations?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, school holidays and popular celebration dates. Several weeks or months of notice gives you the best choice of availability, colours and hire items, although last-minute enquiries are always welcome.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A booking deposit is required to secure your event date. Hire items may also require a refundable security deposit, which will be returned following collection and inspection, subject to our terms and conditions.

Do you accept last-minute balloon decoration bookings?

We may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our availability, the design required and whether the necessary balloon colours and hire items are in stock. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will let you know what options are available.

Is my date reserved when I request a quotation?

No. Requesting or receiving a quotation does not automatically reserve your event date.Your booking is confirmed once the non-refundable booking deposit is paid. This secures your event date on our calendar.
